Job Description

Sales executive to drive sales of cyber security solutions in Australia and New Zealand. Can be based out of Melbourne or Sydney.

We are looking for a seasoned customer oriented professional that can engage with customers on a business development as well as technical level, and lead the end to end sales cycle from lead generation to closing the sale.

You will have experience developing an active pipeline of relevant leads and opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying relevant opportunities with the highest earning potential. You will own and lead the entire sales cycle, and schedule many in-person meetings and calls to present our cyber solutions potential customers.

You will have to build and maintain a strong rapport with partners to maximize collaborations.

You will be responsible to find ways to grow revenue amongst your current client base and work with the media team to expand our market reach.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling cyber security solutions/ products. This is a must requirement!
  • Technical background in cyber security and information security for mid-size and large enterprises can be of advantage.
  • Strong presentation skills and a desire to get in front of an audience and sell.
  • Ability to prioritize client’s needs.
  • Negotiation Master – with the ability to design agreements that maximize ROI for both parties.
  • Wide-Eye perspective that allows for outside the box thinking and opportunity finding where others might not see opportunities.
  • Ability to close large deals with c-level parties.
  • Strong organizational skills that will allow managing many diverse tasks.

Sales Executive – Physical Security Solutions – Melbourne or Sydney

Add-On APAC Innovative Solutions is the associate partner in Asia Pacific for distributing the revolutionary IMID (In Motion Identification) Solution from FST Biometrics. We have a fantastic position for an experienced Sales Executive based in Melbourne or Sydney due to expanding our groups’ operation in Australia.

The key responsibilities for this exciting role include selling different innovative physical security solutions, such as the biometric access control solution from FST Biometrics to a multitude of markets and sectors, primarily winning new business however a proportion of activity will be focused on developing new or existing relationships with partners and customers. As part of this role you will have to self-generate leads, making and managing appointments, conducting product demonstrations, and manage the end to end sales cycle.

The successful candidate will be required to meet and exceed targets and converting marketing strategies into sales.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in selling physical security solutions such as access control solutions or IP networked CCTV solutions, for example. Experience with biometrics solutions, especially facial recognition solutions, is an advantage.
  • You will have experience developing an active pipeline of relevant leads and opportunities. Key contacts in critical infrastructure, airport, banking, telco, property development and security and infrastructure services is highly desirable.
  • Strong presentation skills and a desire to get in front of an audience and sell.

Add-On APAC is currently seeking to recruit a technical support specialist to support the revolutionary In-Motion Biometrics identification technology for Add-On APAC Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sale Support – Provide product assistance and support Sales Team at trade shows, and/or marketing presentations as requested.
  • Project management
    • Identify customer needs and customized implementation project plans, with internal departments, dealers, partners, subcontractors and customers.
    • Define and track project deliverables.
    • Oversee project execution from plans conception to delivery.
    • Identify and coordinate internal & external needed resources.
    • Facilitate technical / operational / functional requirements.
  • Training – Train dealers, partners and customers on the installation, support and usages of the system. Translate training material and oversee the administrative side of the training courses.
  • Post installation support – provide technical support services internally and externally to both domestic and international customers. The responsibilities of this role include:
    • Internet/e-mail support.
    • Technical products documentation.
    • Interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Customer Service to insure customers receive timely and up-to-date technical information and prompt problems resolution.

Qualifications and Experience
